Why is it so hard to find a gym which is close enough to home but also not too far from work, isn’t too small and has the equipment I like, isn’t full of teenagers and HAS A CAR PARK!! I need to find a gym asap for my own well being or else I’m actually going to lose it 😭🙈

Back to work nerves are starting to set in especially about having a year 7 tutor group. I’m super excited about it but also nervous. Anyone got any tips/advice on how to best help them settle in?

I set a goal to walk 10,000 steps every day during the summer holiday and I’ve actually done it 🥳 from the 24th July-1st September I walked at least 10,000 everyday! Considering I don’t do that when I’m working I think it’s pretty impressive 😂

A 5k/6k run after work was needed. Forgot how much running clears your head after a long day. The question is do I listen to my nike run app or my watch? I almost did 6k with my watch but just got to 5 k with my app 🤷🏼‍♀️
