What now? These are the contigs for a 150kb virus, its expected that this virus has terminal reverted repeats which are not resolved.Blasting node1 (145kb)starts at pos2224, node2 (2kb)at pos157 in the reference which probs are the missing 2x 2kb at start and end #nanopore #virus
