I am likely to start my lab in October in the department of Biostatistics & Computational Biology (chaired by Rafael Irizarry) at Dana-Farber. I am looking for a couple of postdocs in bioinformatics, genomics and related fields.

Our preprint about Ococo, an online consensus caller, is out: arxiv.org/pdf/1712.01146… (w/Valentina Boeva). To the best of our knowledge, Ococo is the first caller that can input *unsorted* alignments from a SAM/BAM stream. You don't even have to store them on a disk.
