all social media sites should add a “report as AI slop” button for posts and comments. at the very least it’ll be helpful to have content flagged as likely AI generated for fine tuning or training their own LLMs so the content doesn’t get fed back in.

my 1yo has a toy tissue box with seven fabric tissues. she loves pulling out the tissues but it takes her all of 10 seconds. every night after she goes to sleep, I re-stuff the tissues so they'll pop-up dispense properly for tomorrow. seems like a good metaphor for parenthood.

I used AI to build a tiny custom iOS widget (+ Siri integration) using Scriptable and Shortcuts. Claude was able to essentially one-shot the script but I had to step in to figure out something that was misdocumented in their developer docs. Still -- magic!
