Getting pretty good at spending time with myself now! So far this weekend a walk, a treat at a local café, a run, popped to support a fundraising event (took a bit to get out my car & go in but I did).

A couple of clipped notes but playing Last Post has to be one of the most nerve wracking things to do. The setting of Charlestown Harbour was beautiful on Thursday for the D Day Commemoration.

Another training run completed! Deposit paid on accommodation - St Austell Youthband will attend Brass Bands England Youth Championships 2025.

At the gym! 2 weeks until my Half Marathon in Oxford to raise funds for St Austell Youthband to go to the Brass Bands England Youth Championships 2025.

I'm broken but I've raised almost £900 to get the Youth Band to the Brass Bands England Youth Championships 2025.

Still recovering but raising over £1000 for St Austell Youthband to go to the Brass Bands England Youth Championships in Hull next year made it all worthwhile. 💪
