Amazing talk from my labmate Ian Ghezzi who presented his PhD work at #ISEH2024 on the role of cancer stem cells in JAK2 mutated MPN at Experimental Hematology Lab. He completely rocked the stage!
There are few words expressing my joy, awe & admiration for this group. They have solved a 20+ year-long, seemingly impossible challenge: generating transplantable hematopoietic stem cells from human pluripotent cells. Just... WOW. nature.com/articles/s4158… 🤩 AndrewElefanty
New paper from our lab! Logan Schwartz defines the molecular signatures of Oncostatin M signaling in hematopoietic stem cells... both OSM receptor dependent and independent! We really hope these RNA-seq datasets will be useful for others in the field. rdcu.be/dTLkA
