New Kit Alert!! 💙💛💙 We are using our new football kit to promote local charity Abaana. This year Abaana is celebrating its 25th year of supporting children in Africa through child sponsorship, building schools and rescuing street children.

We had a brilliant day across the school celebrating the King’s Coronation 🇬🇧 👑 We came dressed to impress and enjoyed a breaktime treat 🍰 followed by an ice cream after lunch🍦 The day was then finished off with a disco in the afternoon 🕺 💃 🪩 #Coronation

So proud of our Nursery Unit who have just received their Curiosityapproach accreditation. So much hard work has gone into this child-centred, creative and imaginative journey. Thank you Mrs Gillespie, Mrs MacCormack and team for such amazing work for our children!

Our girls were back in action again today at Clandeboye Park in the sunshine and it was 3 victories from our 3 games! Well done to all the girls and especially the P7s making their final ever appearances in Millisle colours! 💙💛 A special mention also to Amelia for her 5 goals!

Tea 🫖 with the SLT! Once a month, representatives from our MPS School Council meet together with the Senior Leadership Team for a cup of tea (or juice) to discuss plans and ideas. This month the School Council were discussing arrangements for the upcoming Halloween Disco 🎃

Today, in partnership with BookTrustNI we are launching the Bookstart Baby prog. Every baby born this year will receive a completely free pack of books. 👉This project will make a big difference for some kids in ANDBC & we are the 1st Council in NI to introduce it!

Today, our school football team were presented with the Ards Primary Schools’ League Trophy for the first time in our school’s history! Reward for an unbeaten season where we conceded just 3 goals in 16 games. We were crowned as joint league champions alongside Londonderry PS ⚽️
