Why does Hertz refuse to honor its rental contract and refuse to respond to my messages? What a dishonest company. I am 6 days out from a month long vacay and they have totally screwed the whole thing up. Shame on them, do not recommend.....

UPDATE: Hertz still refuses to honor their own terms and conditions. They don't respond to client inquiries. I am now 5 days from leaving on a one month dream vacation to New Zealand and there are no other rentals available. Hertz has turned my dream vacation into a nightmare
