Will the Denver Broncos bring back the "Wild Horses" formation in 2025 that they used in 2009 and 2018 with Knowshon Moreno and Phillip Lindsay? The offseason additions of Jk dobbins and RJ Harvey, as well as this A Line train are encouraging them to do so.

Happy Birthday to No. 9⃣1⃣ Matt Henningsen! The Denver Broncos drafted Henningsen, a DL, in the 2022 6th round out of Wisconsin Football. He sacked Justin Herbert on the road as a rookie and batted down two passes against Washington in 2023 before the home fans.

Before this day is through, let's wish a Happy Birthday to No. 4⃣5⃣ Nate Adkins! The Denver Broncos signed Adkins, a TE/FB, as an undrafted FA in 2023. Last year, in his second season, he scored three touchdowns over the last ten weeks of the season, including his career first.

Happy Birthday to No. 5⃣6⃣ Larry Evans! The Denver Broncos drafted Evans in the 1976 14th round. He played LB for the team through 1982. As a Bronco, Evans was a big-time hitter, with 170 tackles (unofficial) in 1980. He also picked off three passes and recovered four fumbles.

No. 1⃣5⃣ Jacky Lee, a Denver Bronco QB from 1964–1965, was BOTD in 1939. As a Bronco, Lee threw for 2,303 yards and 16 TDs, as well as rushed for 164 yards and 3 TDs. He passed away in 2016 at the age of 76. We show a few of those TDs from 1964 today to honor Lee's memory. RIP

Happy Birthday to No. 8⃣5⃣ Lucas Krull! The Denver Broncos signed Krull to their PS in 2023. Once made part of the active roster, he began providing promising glimpses as shown in these clips. Krull has a pivotal training camp and preseason ahead of him in the weeks to come.

Happy Birthday to No. 5⃣6⃣ Nate Irving! The Denver Broncos drafted Nate Irving in the 2011 3rd round. Irving played LB and ST for DEN from 2011–2014, in 60 total games, with 15 starts. As a Bronco, he had 14 TFLs, 2 sacks, and a blocked punt. Irving was always ready when needed.

Happy Birthday to No. 5⃣9⃣ Donnie Spragan! Spragan was a Denver Bronco LB and special teams player from 2001–2004. He was solid and played in 48 games, starting 22, for DEN. Spragan is a native of Oakland and seemed to be at his best when playing there, as shown in these clips.

Happy Birthday to K'Waun Williams! The Denver Broncos signed Williams in 2022. Unfortunately, Williams' time with Denver was marred by injuries. When healthy, he made big plays blitzing and in coverage—none bigger than his 2022 game-clinching INT in London against the Jaguars.

Happy 8⃣1⃣st Birthday to No. 8⃣9⃣ John Embree! Embree was a Denver Bronco WR from 1969–1970. In those two seasons, he appeared in 20 games, six as a starter, totaling 33 receptions for 519 yards and five touchdowns. Embree scored the team's longest touchdown (79-yarder) in 1969.

Happy 6⃣6⃣th Birthday to No. 2⃣3⃣ Super Sammy Winder! Winder was an underrated Denver Bronco workhorse RB—and fan favorite—from 1982–1990. He was a 1984 and 1986 Pro Bowler. Winder started in two Super Bowls. When he scored, he often broke out his patented "Mississippi Mud Walk."
