2 unauthorized charges. Sept 6 and Nov 6: Orange Theory Fitness $ 149.00 each. We have called repeatedly. They have not been removed. Please credit $298. We have been told that it has/would be taken care of; it has not. Unlike your usual terrific customer service. Thank you.
