48 hours ago Mikai was undergoing open heart surgery. Today with the amazing assistance of University of Iowa Childrens PT staff Mikai is walking the halls. Definitely puts so much into perspective. Proud of you buddy. Daddy loves you ….. Thank you all again for the continued support and
10 days ago we walked into University of Iowa children’s hospital for Mikai to have his 3rd open heart surgery. Today he was able to leave the hospital. He is on a couple more meds but other than that is doing r a lot well. This kid is truly a badass. Thank you for all the prayers and well
