A coach’s/CEO’s job is to make you uncomfortable. A player’s/employee’s job is to be OK with being uncomfortable.

Competitive character is making the choice to consistently do what’s hard over doing what’s easy. There’s really no easy path. It takes what it takes. If you choose to do what’s easy, your only chance for success is just to hope that your opponent is lazier & softer than you are!
