Fairly convinced frequent blood tests and micro tuning of the body is going to be a thing. It’s very expensive now ($thousands/quarter) so only folks with high stress and means do it, mostly CEOs. But the results seem undeniable and technology will eventually deflate the cost.

ML researchers work with fixed benchmark datasets, and spend all of their time searching over the knobs they do control: architecture & optimization. In applied ML, you're likely to spend most of your time on data collection and annotation -- where your investment will pay off.

It’s crazy how much time data scientists and machine learning engineers spend on low-lift tasks that underutilize their knowledge and capabilities. There are huge gaps in the data/ml space for improvement. The data/analytics/AI/ml market is still in its infancy. Growth is coming.

You can only fix things you take the blame for.

There should be a job that's just watching what someone does all day and running behind them automating as much of it as you can
