An aspect missed tonight. Guys achieving a life long goal since childhood to AA in front of thousands of fans. Then minutes a later hopping on a bike to make weight for tomorrow. This sport is the epitome of accountability.

6:30am Saturday 3/18: the last time Joe Dubuque and Patrick Glory workout to make weight. Most people can’t understand a wrestling coach’s relationship with an athlete. It’s just different. An amazing run for these two.

If you haven’t been to this tournament, you’re missing out. There is nothing better. If you think you’ve been to something that compares, you haven’t. If you’ve even stepped foot on the mat at an NCAA Championships, congrats. It’s very elite company.
