The new deal for #49ers LT Trent Williams includes $48 million fully guaranteed at signing. He gets a $25.690 million signing bonus. This moves him to $103 million in guarantees since joining the Niners in 2021. He’s on track to earn over $250 million in his career.

The fines can't be waived because he's a veteran (as opposed to players on their rookie deals) so that's the cost of doing business on this one for Trent Williams.

The #Jets and CB Michael Carter II agreed to terms on a three-year, $30.75 million extension that can be worth up to $33M, with slightly over $19M in total guarantees. Carter is now the highest-paid slot corner in the NFL. Deal done by Kelton Crenshaw of Klutch Sports Group.
