DOACs have gradually replaced warfarin & now account for over half of all oral anticoagulants used in the US and UK. Among the DOACs, apixaban is most commonly utilized, followed by rivaroxaban. Both far outweigh dabigatran and edoxaban use. Mike Colacci link.springer.com/article/10.100…
