The state of NYC politics

If this actually comes to pass it’s a huge opportunity to buy Manhattan real estate at a discount. It happened in 2010 during the GFC and again in 2020 during Covid.

Something about NYC I find particularly deranging is the fact that New Yorkers would immediately save a stray dog in the street (there are zero strays in Manhattan) but have no qualms stepping over what are essentially stray humans.
