The Monkees 'I'm a Believer' played at the end of the #NeurIPS23 responsible AI session. Feels optimistic!
With awesome collaborators, I'm super excited to share another contribution to the Machine Learning And The Physical Sciences workshop at #NeurIPS2023 ! It's pretty much all in the title: 'Bayesian Imaging for Radio Interferometry with Score-Based Priors'! 🎉🎉

Looking forward to the Machine Learning And The Physical Sciences workshop at NeurIPS Conference. In this work we use samples from HMC to examine the cold posterior effect observed in variational inference based classification of radio galaxies
It's #ML4PS #NeurIPS2023 notification day and I'm nervous.
I have no LLM, ViT, CLIP, diffusion, etc. This time Dr Ashley Nova is getting published! and I made an utterly boring model.
It's a bad paper strategy. But it's good for doing science and I'm proud we did it anyway.
Our DESI LOW-Z Survey paper is now published -- and I forgot to write a thread!
In this work, we select very low-z (z<0.03) galaxies using simple photometric cuts and cutting-edge convolutional neural networks (CNNs), and observe them with DESI Survey!
