Order of events…. Go to fit shelves, drill pilot hole between two water pipes in the wall (no issue), drill larger hole for shelve fixing & hit two vertical water pipes, water off, repair pipes, re plaster, sand wall, apply PVA coat, start to repaint. #damplasticpipes

Was great to play ⛳️ with Tommy Hartshorne & Mike Henson today. There were bombs off the tee, some great putts sank, and flighted iron play from whole team in the Rockliffe Hall Golf Christmas scramble. All in very windy conditions. 💨 #lowgrossscore
