📢European Parliament must #StopThisPact in the Plenary vote this week. At all stages, the Pact relies on the de facto detention of people seeking safety, regardless of their age. People will be held at external borders and subject to fast-track procedures in detention conditions.

Despite the promise of national action plans for effective protection & promotion of fundamental rights, there is no comprehensive comparative analysis of the current state of play. This report fills that gap.
