Biggest mistake I make appointment setting is treating it like closing, they’re completely different. But you can’t do it forever as I think you’ll lose your edge.

If your close rate is 1 in 2, and your show-up rate is 30%… You need 4 people to show up to close 2. But only 30% show. So: 4 ÷ 0.3 = 13.3 → You need to book 14 calls a day just to close 2. And let’s assume each convo is 30 minutes: 30 x 14 =420 minutes / 7 hours or work

Appointment setting can print if you’re on the right offer and treating it like closing. Same grind, same intent just a different part of the funnel. Your job is to line ’em up, qualify hard, and get the prospect hyped for the Zoom. Save the ammo for the closer. $11K+ USD
