Great concert last night from some of the IMS bands. Concert Band, Big Band, MCCB and YMI Brass were all fab!

Well done to The Mid Schools Perc Ensemble, St Davids's HS Brass and the Band from CLD's FNP Proj for gaining invites to MfY's Nat Fest

Fab job by the MS Jazz combo tonight at the Lib Dem conference / NUT reception. Very appreciative audience and even some fish & chips! :-)

Busy weekend! Training Orchestra taking part in sessions with SCO today with the Symphony Orchestra tomorrow.

Also the Community Concert Band and Newbattle Jazz Band at Midfest along with contributions from Beeslack and Lasswade pupils too.

And finally, good luck to Zola, Daniel, and Leighton taking part in the National Brass Band Championships in Cheltenham tomorrow #busybusy!
