A case of “what could have been” for Rovers after a 1-3 home defeat. Led up until the 80th minute through an Eddie pile driver on his 18th birthday, only to concede three in the last 10 minutes. Well done to Cave, who kept knocking on the door. Referee was also excellent.

A hard fought win for Middleton in a very lively cup game. Telegraph FC played their part in an end to end match. The game was ultimately decided by a couple of moments of real quality from Middleton. The game finishing 3-1. Ellis, Johnson and McIver the scorers. #UTR

Jekyll and Hyde performance from Rovers today. A torrid first half in which they couldn’t cope with Pelican Rangers AFC’ intensity. 3 goals in the last 10 minutes saw them take all three points with a final score of 2-4. 4 wins on the bounce for Parker’s men. #UTR
