Working on hitting velocity again last night. Started with tee and front toss, finished with the machine on 66 mph from 37 ft. More success this week than last, 1% better everyday. Hitting grind continues 💪🏼 Machine: 65mph/35 feet. It’s getting easier to track the ball and make good contact. On front toss tonight I beat my previous exit velo high (69mph) multiple times using JUGS Sports, Inc. radar cube. New PR is 72mph! ✅ Exit Velo PR off summer goals list!

Tryout prep. Focused on hitting velocity off machine (65mph/35ft). Also had an exit velocity of 70+ mph off the tee! Friday night went to 212 Athlete to work on throwing mechanics. Also spent some time with Stevie Lindquist strength training this week as well. Grind doesn’t stop!
