Following the successful industrial exposure of 9 Trainers from @TumbaCollegeTCT, the second round of industry exposure was organized for 25 trainers from Apeki Tumba, Bushoki TVET, Buyoga TVET and Kinihira. It was also a good experience for them to learn in the real workplace.

25 TVET trainers spent a month in-company in the industrial exposure program, which enables them to learn and acquire skills, knowledge and technologies adapted to today's industry, in order to properly prepare trainees for professional integration and employment. Rwanda TVET Board

Happening now the Annual Career Fair Event @IPRC_Gishari with a purpose of bringing together Companies,Industries and nonprofit agencies to exchange on labor market needs & discuss about jobs, industrial attachment,internship & other career opportunities to our students & Alumni.

Through the #Careerfair event; Students and Graduates of @IPRC_Gishari are in discussions with Employers to expand networking opportunities, helping them to explore labor market opportunities & business information, and promoting collaboration between Companies & @IPRC_Gishari.

During today's event of #careerfair2022; the Management of Rwanda Polytechnic and @IPRC_Gishari toured across the Companies' stands to know their overviews and observation as the way of acquiring deeper awareness of competencies required by industries for the Students and Alumni .

Today, in her closing remarks during #CareerFair event organised by @IPRC_Gishari, the Vice Chancellor of Rwanda Polytechnic Sylvie Mucyo highlighted that such an event is an opportunity to link our students with potential employers to discuss on the career opportunities available.

It is also an opportunity for the companies to play an important role in identifying some of the gaps that we might have as training institutions & provide us recommendations on what we can improve to ensure that our graduates have the necessary technical &soft skills required.
