Intriguing quirk in the GMaps UI here in that it tells how much the toll costs for your driving route, compared to Apple Maps, which just tells you that a toll exists. YEESH though, praise be to I-78 for being a cheap E/W corridor in PA. That's one expensive toll 🤯

Say hello to likely the least reliable bus agency in the NYC metro area: Rockland County Transit. Buses are not on GTFS nor GMaps, only identifiable by timetable, Transit has inaccurate info, buses are always 10-15 min early or late and only 20% of the stops have bus signage

JetBlue applies for another Essential Air Service contract. The airline has proposed to serve Watertown, NY (ART) from New York City (JFK) with a 1x daily Airbus A220. JetBlue will compete with American for the contract, who proposes to continue ART-PHL with 12x weekly flights

Turns out OurBus might be the only operator to run intercity transit to let you get out of LBI post Labor Day! (Although ~$60 for 2 hr a bit pricy) Apart from this, there's the island-only trolley and the Tuesday only Ocean County RIDE bus - 6 mi walk otherwise.

also i find it quite funny that the cheapest way to get to Atlantic City from NYC is go via Greyhound Bus if you're doing one-way.
