A real achievement given how long this dispute has been running. In a sane world it would force the government back to the table.

I think this is broadly right.

A: 'What do we say?'
B: 'I don't know, what do millionaires want to hear?'
A: 'We embrace the dynamism of the unregulated market?'
B: 'Too mad. Too obviously debunked by history.'
A: 'Thatcher? We all love Thatcher?'
B: 'Sure, whatever, go for it.'
