Ben Michael In my outpt experience, “Supportive therapy” is the safest generic modality to list. It’s evidence based, it genuinely encompasses psychodynamics. And it can be ~anything. Importantly, it’s not time limited, unlike some the acronyms you list, should insurance ever scrutinize.
