An incredible day at Leigh Spinners Mill! Makers market full of amazing things, seeing inside the studios of the talented artists in Creative Spin Studios, and MicAtTheMill poetry festival so popular we were spilling into the corridors! This mill is such a creative and cultural hub! 🧡

Wow what a day! 🤪🥵 Well we did it, we survived the festival! 30 stall holders, 10 stages/ events across 4 floors, 1 broken lift & 2 exhausted organisers in Tom & Carla. Thank you so much to everyone that attended & participated...

Brilliant day representing Natter for the MicAtTheMill festival yesterday alongside West. Great to read at the historic Spinner’s Mill and listen to poetry in a record shop 💛

Broken lifts meant our words blossomed in the garden Because of the broken lift it meant we changed our plans slightly, so instead of the engine room we performed in the beautiful @spinnersmillleigh community garden instead & it was an absolutely stunning way to end our festival

Absolute stars! 🤩⭐️ When moral was getting a little low & we were getting quite tired the perfect pick me up presented itself at the exact right time on Saturday. The kids at Everything Human Rights Community Group absolutely smashed it & were The Chubby Northerner highlight of the festival
