Micah Bonansinga ties his entry seed finishing 19th in the 60 Hurdles!

What a race from our 4x4!!! Bonansinga Newman Greco Deandre Brown 2nd place in 3A indoor state!! 3:27.29!

Welcome back to senior Micah Bonansinga. Last year he broke his collarbone when he was on pace to be a state qualifier in the hurdles. He returned to the outdoor track tonight and went 15.17 in the 110 hurdles! A lifetime best and under state qualifying to open the season!

Micah matched up with our sophomore long hurdle specialist Kam Parson in an epic race to the line and both ran phenomenal opening races in the 300 hurdles!

Super happy with my outdoor openers. Started out the year with a new PB in the 110m hurdles with a 15.17 and a good start to the 300m hurdles running 43.71. This is just the beginning to it all I’m excited to see what I can do in may.

Micah Bonansinga 110 Hurdles State Qualifier!!!

What an incredible day for our boys! I could not be prouder of their efforts today! What a meet for the Senators!

Fun with stats… Junior Mekhi Newman has become a sprint sensation in only his 2nd year competing. His progression is directly correlated to his hard work. Plus he has phenomenal grades, and is one of the best kids you will ever meet. Cannot wait to see what he does at STATE!

I am so proud of Micah Bonansinga ! To come back after breaking his collarbone last year and to be able to compete on the biggest stage is special. We are going to miss him!
