This is more saddening than being ignored as it was at one point listed as Planning to Address Why would they suddenly believe that all is ok now?

My EU alt finished this part last week, and this scene reminds me of when I started in March 2020, somehow deciding to take a screenshot of him, not knowing what drove me. While I won't stop weeping for his now lost face, I still harbour great love for our Scion rogue.

RP (バグ報告、「他のNPCはグラアプデで元の印象を大切にした再現がされているが、サンクレッドだけ大きく変わり、再現度が低く感じられる」といった方向での報告だったけど…仕様にされたということは、他のキャラと同じように大切にされていないのではと感じてしまっても不思議ではないと思う)

I still remember the day when we first saw the trailer and were shocked by the unfamiliar hyur. "It might be lighting problem", we tried to believe until we saw how the ARR and HW Thancreds looked in 7.0 without the updates, when it became clear that something is 100% changed.

When we voiced out our discomfort, some join our call, some mock us for being too sensitive, and some genuinely think the update is better. We continue our fight anyway, even when the older models also got changed, and now only the raid boss Fatebreaker still has the old face.

It becomes increasingly hard to accept the changes in his face when many other NPCs get the update without significant changes in their facial details, unlike Thancred who lost almost all the custom features that differentiate him from a player model (the hair is kept at least).

As I said, I will eventually find a way to accept the truth if we truly cannot do anything more for our dear rogue gunbreaker. I just want to emphasize that I'm utterly disappointed by the decisions made when they claim that this is "working as intended". savethancred.carrd.co
