On Saturday we raised an incredible £198,287! Thank you! We're in a cost of living crisis with the highest suicide rate in 25 years. The money raised will help our mental health charities carry out life saving suicide prevention and awareness. Beder @qprtrust @calmzone

Last Saturday QPR FC hosted the MentalHealthWorldCup which also saw Beder FC take on a Rest of the World XI to raise awareness about mental health and suicide prevention. Set up by Razzak Mirjan and family, Beder FC is a football club open to all, using the power of sport to start

Suicide is the number one cause of death for men under 45. 3 out of 4 suicides are from men. In 2010 I was nearly in those statistics. Shout out to MentalHealthWorldCup & QPR FC on this. Also to Geoff Norcott for all the work he does. Lads. Self deletion is a no.
