We investigated triglyceride synthesis enzymes in the zebrafish. Counterintuitively, loss of Dgat2 activity leads to abnormal accumulation of lipid droplets in larvae, and dgat1a;dgat1b;dgat2 triple mutant fish are viable and healthy! Check it out at: doi.org/10.1016/j.jbc.…
