A2: 3 years ago I wouldn't have been on the call sheet when Partners are discussing new matters and now I might not be the first second or third but I am probably the 4th call. #LPMHQ

A4: If you don't manage then they won't listen you need to be the loudest voice in the room. You may need to do some peacocking but it is the only way to keep the train on the tracks. #LPMHQ

I like to think about that by going door to door like a solar panel saleman with how I started building relationships after getting my message out there and creating wins people started coming to me. But I still go door to door when time permits to keep those relationships #LPMHQ

Our firm is working on return to work which has allowed us to begin the process of water cooler conversations but at the early stages of the pandemic it was cold messaging on Teams to just say hello or invite people to a coffee chat which I learned from Aki Liao #LPMHQ

A3 I love what I do so I love to talk about it so my sales approach is to evangelize our offerings and get it in front of as many eyes as possible. I tried very hard not to say no to a project and if it ultimately isn't my project then I find the right person. #LPMHQ

A4 we started a group of like minded folks in the firm to meet every other week to discuss what each of us are working on and if we think someone could assist or help sell an idea or vision. This has led to group projects between teams once locked in silos. #LPMHQ

A5 In my case I combine them showing attorneys how we can save time and money while delivering the same level of work to the client. Keeping cost lower for the business while also organize the work for the practice of it. #LPMHQ

A6 Don't over promise just be straight from the jump of what you can offer and how it will work leaving the door open for expansion. #LPMHQ

A1: In the early days of my career that was a major sticking point but I pushed past through boundaries and as long as I play the game correctly I am able to cross lanes and bring an outside prospective to solving problems. #LPMHQ

A2: I tend to cross lanes between internal and external solutions. We are typically external facing but have been heavily utilized as of late with internal facing solutions. #LPMHQ

A3: The challenges with crossing lanes is not stepping on the wrong toes and creating internal angst between managers and teams. #LPMHQ

A5: Once I found the best ways to cross lanes it became both a gift and a curse. The gift is I am able to get stuff done the curse is I tend to get pulled into projects that far exceed my knowledge but I can pull the right folks into the room to solve.

A6: I don't know if official word would ever come to make lane changes but secretly told just keep doing what you are doing. #LPMHQ
