It came to my attention that my book was being categorized as historical fiction because of my writing style. This is not correct - it is the true-life story of Commodore John Barry and Admiral William Brown. Genre is Narrative Nonfiction - factual history written like a novel !!

The Continental Navy was at a low point in Sept 1777 when a loyalist emissary offered Captain Barry a large bribe to come over to the British side. Barry’s answer demonstrates what a man of honor that John Barry was - read on. #America250 #MakeAmericaReadAgain
