Honored to be at the ribbon-cutting for the brand new Green Valley Elementary school. This project started when I was on the school board and it’s great to be here now as a member of the county council seeing it at its completion!

There is no better experience than getting to talk to a class of students who are interested in what you do for a living. I always enjoy being invited by Beth Genemore Sands to speak to LYNX students at Frederick High about finance. 

Excited to be at the Ribbon Cutting for the new Valley Elementary School in Jefferson. This beautiful new building replaces the old Valley and expands capacity to 740 students.

Honored to be in Brunswick for the unveiling of a plaque commemorating the importance of Brunswick and transportation in this area and our county. Please take the time to come and visit Brunswick and see the new sign which is right by the old bank and by the bridge. 

Congratulations Alison Bomba on 10 years in Frederick. Since starting her practice in 2007, she has dedicated her work to supporting those struggling with Anxiety, OCD, and Grief/Loss—areas where she focuses nearly all of her clinical efforts. Thank you for all you do!

At the Frederick Health Development Council Good Samaritan Reception. I’m proud to have been on the development council for the past 35 years and to be a Good Samaritan!

Enjoyed being at the Moon Festival on Carroll Creek hosted by the Asian American Center of Frederick. The Moon Festival, also known as the Mid-Autumn Festival, is a traditional Chinese celebration that has been observed for centuries.
