A day after announcing her conversion to Catholicism, the controversial conservative commentator Candace Owens is a listed speaker at an upcoming “Catholic Identity Conference” featuring a lineup of right-wing Catholic personalities who have been vocal critics of Pope Francis.

Many parents are heartbroken that their children have left the Church. They did all they could to raise them in the faith, but as they grew up, they drifted away from the Church and left their religion behind like a sweater they had outgrown.

Former sex workers that became Christian have publicly repented for their past ways. I expect folks to reject & repent publicly of their previous overtly racist statements & actions when they join the Church. They have done too much harm to the human family.

Mary, help us to be compassionate and loving as you are. Teach us to be patient and kind to everyone, especially those we dislike or disagree with. May we always be courteous and respectful toward others.

Lord Jesus, thank you for instilling in people’s hearts the desire to love, happiness & peace to others. I witnessed this last weekend. People loving & serving others in parishes, in Fiesta San Antonio, in the Sacrament of Confirmation. There’re is much genuine love in darkness.
