Completely agree. This is the result of a system that pushes the pressure of professional playing upon athletes, despite the majority never ending up competing at that level. We need to be realistic and let athletes enjoy the sport for what it is.

Lead by example. Be a role model. A good coach should always try to build their players up through positive reinforcement!
