I do love the distributed bus terminuses of Chn. But, could have easily built a 10floor off+com space above this structure along with the bus stand. Its hardly 10mins from MTP road & is soon getting a metro connection. For land deficient country we do waste a heck of space🚶

More of thiss. I don't think it's controversial to say this. But DMK govt is great with public infra(-ve roads). Huge revamp to public transport with metro & MTC. Great public spaces, semmozhi poonga in cbe, adyar eco park, Victoria public hall, huge library in most cities etc..
