The Year 7/8 Girls were also in action against the other Wokingham/Reading secondary schools this afternoon. Well done to everyone who pulled on one of our yellow vests!

Well done to the Yr7/8 girls who travelled to Bournemouth today for the South Central Regional round of the England Handball National competition. The girls are very much starting out on their handball journeys, but can be proud with their efforts to finish 6th in the South!

Thanks to Mr Flynn for encouraging the PE team to continue with extra-curricular sport despite Ofsted visiting this week. It is so important for physical and mental health and as important as an inspection is, we wouldn’t want to miss out on all that school sport offers them!

Congratulations to the U15 Girls Football team who are into the Final of the East Berks Cup after a victory away to Furze Platt this evening. PoM awarded to Grace who was superb, but special mentions to Emilia and Katie who were rocks at the back and for a deserved clean sheet.

Mrs Blake & Miss Jesseman took the Year 10 girls rounders team over to The Holt for a friendly fixture this evening. The girls came away with a victory and a defeat after two enjoyable games.
