Thinking about GW FST estimation: 'avg of ratios' vs 'ratio of avgs' (Bhatia et al 13). In our birds, diff in FST estimates are minor w/ shallow pop structure but pretty striking w/ more divergence. WG prob best estimate but hard to implement w/ e.g. pixy. Which do y'all report?
