Congrats Ruhang Tang & Natalia Harasymowicz for our new PNASNews paper on gene therapy for fat-1, an enzyme that converts 𝜔-6 fats (frying oil/meat) to 𝜔-3’s (fish/nuts). Increased 𝜔-3:𝜔-6 reduced inflammation, osteoarthritis, and markers of cell aging! pnas.org/doi/10.1073/pn…
