We were proud to see a young people from Mencap Mon at the Senedd in Cardiff earlier this week as part of #LDWeek22 The event was the launch of a partnership between Mencap Cymru & ITV Wales News to raise the profile of people with a learning disability. Well done to you all!

There needs to be a revolution in day services so they are co-produced. There remain barriers to people being able to spend time with friends outside of formal settings. Pooled direct payments are a great way to facilitate this, as Mencap Mon demonstrates. #LDWeek22
