Varsity Baseball @ GKHS: FINAL: GK 4, Winnebago 2. Nate Kleba was 2-4 with a run scored and two RBI while Gavin Havener was 2-4 with a run and a stolen base. Jack Peterson earned the win allowing zero earned runs on five hits with 5K's over 5.0 IP. Andy Swider picked up the save.

JV Girls Soccer @ Pecatonica: FINAL: GK 4, Pecatonica 0. GK goals from Maylen Vasquez, Paulina Lara and two for Brandi Radloff. Mariana Osorio had two assists while Sophia Limonez added another. Jaquey Flores earned the shutout in goal.

Varsity Girls Soccer @ Pecatonica: FINAL: GK 5, Pecatonica 0. Sophia Zaccard had 2 goals while Yuliza Fuentes, Zoe Nieves and Sam Wendt each had a goal. Wendt and Nieves each tallied an assist as well. Maddie Swanson earned the shutout in goal.

Varsity Girls Soccer @ GKHS: FINAL: GK 2, Winnebago 1 (OT). Ally Poegel had the game-winning goal with an assist from Zoe Nieves just 2:30 into the first overtime period. Jaquey Flores also had a goal in the 2nd half of regulation play from an assist from Poegel.

Congrats to GK Alumni Ellie Logsdon ('23) as she was crowned National Champion in the 200, 400 hurdles & 4x100 relay at the NJCAA Track & Field Championships in Utica, NY. The College of DuPage standout Freshman was also 2nd in the 100 & 400, and 3rd in the 4x400 relay. #gkcogs

Congratulations to the 8th Grade Boys Track and Field team on finishing in 2nd Place at the Mid-Northern Conference Championships today! The Cogs also had three individual Conference Champions including Andrew Rocha (shot put), Nathan Haag (1600) and Jonathan Molina (400).
