All three Palestinian men were shot and remain in the ICU. No charges of hate crime yet, however they are investigating that.

Jason Eaton, 48, arrested in the shooting of three young Palestinian students in Burlington. He will be arraigned today.

Last night hundreds gathered at City Hall for a vigil for the three students.

Burlington Police Dept. just released the photo of Jason Eaton, 48, the man accused of shooting three Palestinian students on Saturday. I am at the courtroom right now awaiting the arraignment.
