Megan Ranney MD MPH 🌻 The problem is President Carter has the money to pay for 24hr assistance if his family cannot provide it. I have sent patients home on hospice but the services provided by hospice under Medicare do not meet patient needs in a world where their children need to work
Dawn stern Megan Ranney MD MPH 🌻 No the needs aren’t even close to being met. It was the hardest thing I have ever done, being a 24/7 caregiver ( it has taken me months to recover) , and I’m a retired nurse! I don’t know how people with no experience cope.
