Major anxiety caused by reading an email sent to me late on an evening. When will I learn to implement a “do not read emails before bedtime” rule!!

So junior lawyers are still sending emails late at night asking for something to be done on that day before they will do something else on that day … it’s 9pm, the day is over … having left private practice a while ago I had really hoped that this no longer happened!

I know … let’s bill the parties to argue between each other about the difference between one mediator’s fee & another mediator’s fee, the difference being nowhere near the amount being billed to argue about it! 🤷🏻‍♀️ just pick a mediator who you know will do a good job! Rant over!
