COIN is one of those types of game systems we love where you play one of them and typically can start a different game with minimal rules overhead. We actually just read through a page summary when we taught the game to a friend who had played COIN before #wargames GMT Games

While visiting Bernd Eisenstein, I got the chance to play the pre-production copy of his forthcoming IronGames release, Papyrus. It looks beautiful and was a wonderfully fun balancing act!

Triumvir Solo Bot testing continues. Initially Pompey is following a Power Broker strategy, Crassus is trying to be a Man for the People, and I’m Caesar. Results to follow. Game is almost ready for final hand in to the art department.

“Rebellion & Punishment: The Alpujarras War” is a card-driven strategy game that recreates the war between the rebel Moriscos who attempted to re-establish the Muslim Kingdom of Granada and the Christian troops of the Kingdom of Spain who fought to prevent it.

I've played Memoir '44 and Battle Cry. I don't think I need to try another Command and Colors game, they're all pretty similar. But I'm willing to be persuaded otherwise. Is there something in this one that stands out as unique?

A'44 is one of Simonitch's most popular titles in the 'ZOC Bond Series. I've now played several times. The game rules, units strengths and mechanics are all heavily weighted for a on rails experience. Its my least favorite and I now know it wont hit the table again. Just feed
