Por qué no los dos?

So...The Ontario government just announced a 'Plan to Stay Open' that focuses on more beds (aka more furniture) & shifting people around in those beds (aka moving people to different furniture). But where is the plan to ensure that there are enough nurses to staff those beds?

This is incredibly disappointing. Bob seemed nice irl but it's not okay to pick and choose (and misinterpret) on rights and freedoms. (Rights include safety and they end at the extent of ourselves)

I wanna know how much those RNs are getting. I know they're getting more (deservedly so), but the agencies must still be raking it in. Directly paying nurses more would probably save money

I am honestly SO tired. America is a failed state. I really worry about our queer friends down south

I definitely think I've seen papers on similar feelings but not through a queer lens, rather a philosophical one. We need more trans people in psych and just popular science/med journals in general

Some of us commute across the city by bus tho. Without bus service, some folks would be locked out of accessing other parts of town completely. I think there's a healthy medium we can find

Fr tho. If you are born in the suburbs, it's buy a car, get a ride, or never leave. Transit access (even if just to the terminal) means a world of difference for lower income folks and is better for traffic, economy, environment, and recreation
