the kind of definition: muscle separation and striations. this is what happens when consistent training, strategic dieting, and low enough body fat come together. you can actually see how the muscle fibres ‘pop’, that’s called striations. fucking goals.

did chests today, and really happy that I managed to do 3 sets of 30kg DB inclined presses hehe—slowly breaking the plateau! (also quite excited that I didn’t have to hold in my breath to see ab lines hahah)
